All of the meals taste different, super fresh (even at the end of the week), they reheat well, and they taste like REAL food. The other meal prep deliveries I have tried, the meals kind of blend together because they have the same vibe and smells. These are all unique and fresh. Such a treat. Also.. the COOKIES!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've tried Factor, Westerly and Eat Clean Phoenix. Red Clog is my favorite service so far for clean nutritious meals. My rating is 4 stars because the portion sizes vary quite a bit, and while most meals fill me up, I've had several that felt like an a la cart item, that I had to fill in with sides or a main.

You can see where they get the ingredients through instagram and it’s a joy to see all the local farms they support!

It's truly impossible to find any meal services or restaurants that avoid seed oils and always aims for organic ingredients. We can trust the high quality of these items and that is the main reason we are repeat customers week after week (ingredients matter). Red Clog knows this isn't the easiest path, but it's the right path for both the health of their customers and supporting the local community of farmers. Meet Chef Maty

After leaving the corporate world to follow her lifelong passion for cooking, Maty trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, located on a 100-acre organic farm along the coast of Ireland. That experience deepened her commitment to seasonal ingredients, sustainable food systems, and knowing where every ingredient comes from.

Today, she brings that philosophy to Red Clog Kitchen in Woodinville by working closely with local farmers and producers and building each week’s menu around what they are harvesting and making in season. Her goal is simple: to make farm-to-table eating easier for busy families and professionals, without losing the freshness, care, flavor, and connection of a thoughtfully prepared meal.

Rooted in Woodinville's Local Food Community

Woodinville is home to more than wineries. It’s also home to farms, growers, and a pretty incredible community of local food producers.

Red Clog Kitchen prepares each week’s meals at Artisan Community Kitchen here in Woodinville, alongside other small local food businesses.

Our meals are all prepared using local, Washington-grown ingredients. And some of the farms we source from are right in Woodinville, too, including Tonnemaker Family Orchard, Blue Glass Farm, and Metta Farm.

Those local relationships are how Chef Maty cooks. Our menus change with the seasons and are built around what’s fresh and available from farms here in and throughout Washington.
