Hi! I’m Maty, the heart behind Red Clog Kitchen.
My journey with food started long before this business, but it truly came to life after I was laid off from my corporate job. Instead of jumping back into the 9-to-5 grind, I decided to follow my lifelong passion: cooking. What began as weekly private chef services for a few local families quickly grew into something much bigger.
In 2024, I packed my knives and headed across the pond to Ballymaloe Cookery School, a culinary school set on a 100-acre organic farm along the coast of Ireland. Living and learning on the farm deepened my understanding of sustainability, seasonality, and the magic that happens when you know exactly where your food comes from. Every ingredient had a story, from the garden to the plate, and that philosophy has become the foundation of Red Clog Kitchen.
Today, I’m bringing that same approach home by partnering with local farms and producers to create meals that are not only delicious and nourishing but also rooted in community and care for the environment.
I believe in food that fuels, comforts, and brings people together. Whether you’re a busy parent, a working professional, or someone who just wants to eat well without the stress, I’m here to make that easy.
